Boyne Valley International Film Festival Presents A New Youth Strand with – Jump Cuts Youth Film Festival Inspired by our youth festival committee in early 2023.
BVIFF are thrilled to present this bi-annual event in association the Droichead Arts Centre. Screening short films by young filmmakers from Louth and Meath curated by Award-Winning local filmmaker, and BVIFF Co Director, Frank W. Kelly. We are accepting films in two categories, First: 1st to 3rd year students, Second: TY students. There will be an award given for the best film in each category on the night, which will include a cash prize.
IMPORTANT DATES IN 2024
January 23rd & 24th – Filmmaking Workshop, 10:30am to 12pm each morning. If you would like a crash course in mobile phone filmmaking before making your film book a place now on droichead.com (spaces are limited.)
