Luci will share insider insights on what casting directors are really looking for — beyond the obvious — and offer tools to help actors build their careers without needing to relocate. Expect grounded advice, a few mindset-shifting exercises, and a light introduction to how AI tools can support actors in developing their own material, bios, and strategies.
This is a workshop for actors who want clarity, confidence, and momentum — wherever they are in their journey. There will be a Q&A at the end of the workshop so bring your questions!
Luci Lenox is an award-winning casting director from Dundalk, County Louth, based in Spain. She has cast over 120 productions for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney and Lionsgate as well as for many independent European film producers, with her films collectively grossing over a billion dollars at the global box office and winning 300+ awards at international festivals. A champion of emerging talent, Luci is a member of the Casting Society of America (CSA), ICDA, APDICE, and the Catalan, Irish, and European Film Academies, as well as the Casting Chapter of the Irish Film & Television Academy (IFTA). She currently heads the diversity and inclusion committee for APDICE. Very keen on supporting Irish talent, Luci has cast numerous Irish actors in European productions, including The Head, Wake Up, and The Duchess. She continues to mentor and advocate for actors through The Actors Home, the industry platform she founded.
